Mint is a growing flavour trend – third biggest after Vanilla and Citrus, valued for its strong flavour, cooling and proven medical qualities.  Mint can be split into at least 15 sub-categories or genuses of which Peppermint, Spearmint, Corn-mint and Wintergreen are the biggest. FDL supply mint flavours and menthol into multiple applications including the below industries:

FDL deal with two major types of menthol – Mentha Arvensis and Mentha Piperita. 95% of Arvensis supply originates from India, but crystals are produced in both China and India. Piperita supply originates mainly from USA and India but other areas include China, UK and North Africa; all of which FDL visit and audit personally.
